Delete your account in the app
- Open TradeSnap AI and sign in.
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Choose Delete account and read what will be removed.
- Enter your current password, so nobody with your unlocked phone can delete it.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. Save or export any quotes, invoices or records you are legally required to keep before you confirm. Cancel any App Store subscription separately in your Apple account, as deleting your account does not stop Apple’s billing.
What is deleted
When the service confirms the deletion, it removes everything still linked to your account, including:
- your account and business profile;
- jobs, visits, customer details, quotes, invoices, payments and reminders;
- customer quote links and the responses recorded on them;
- pricing history, saved rates and attributable pricing contributions;
- subscription and allowance records, and your referral records and rewards;
- AI reports and stored brief versions;
- sessions and sign-in tokens;
- uploaded files — job photos, conversation screenshots, voice recordings and generated PDFs — deleted from cloud storage in the same request; and
- the copy of your account’s information and files kept by the app on that device.
Your invite code stops working for you and earns nothing further.
What may remain
Anonymous pricing totals and shared market prices may remain where they belong to no one and can no longer be tied back to the deleted account.
Limited records may also be kept where the law requires it, to establish or defend legal claims, to prevent fraud, or to investigate security incidents. They are restricted, and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Apple keeps its own record of any App Store purchase under its terms.
On your device
TradeSnap AI keeps a local copy and current attachment files on your device. Once deletion succeeds, the app removes them for that account.
If the app cannot finish that clean-up, removing TradeSnap AI from the device deletes whatever remains.
If you cannot use the app
If you cannot sign in or finish deleting your account, email support@tradesnap-ai.com. We will need to confirm that the account is yours before acting on the request.
